WHO I: 90%

WHO II: 9%  ACC! 악! (Atypical, Clear cell, Chordoid)

WHO III: 1% APaRha! 아파라! (Anaplastic, Papillary, Rhabdoid)

 

위치에 따른 분류

Simpson Grade (meningioma 수술 시 절제 정도에 따른 재발율)

Grade 0	Grade I + 종양 margin에서 2cm 이상 dura를 절제	0%
Grade I	complete removal including resection of underlying bone and associated dura	9%
Grade II	complete removal and coagulation of dural attachment	19%
Grade III	complete removal without resection of dura or coagulation	29%
Grade IV	subtotal resection	40%
Grade V	biopsy	-

 

수술 전 가능하면 embolization을 시행한다.

Convexity, parasagittal, falx, sphenoid. temporal base meningioma는 대부분 middle meningeal artery

그외는 부위에 따라 supply받는 artery에서 (embo가 어려울 가능성 높음)
